Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems with precision.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and document all maintenance testing.
- Present personalized solutions and help clients choose confidently.
- Lead residential installs of furnaces and outdoor condensing units with a helper.
- Coordinate with teammates and supervisors while modeling respectful communication.
- Arrive prepared and on time; attend meetings and follow all safety and handbook policies.
- Travel throughout NH, MA, and ME in a full-time capacity.
- Documented success working with heating and cooling systems.
- Minimum of 2 years’ residential HVAC experience.
- EPA certification.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong customer communication and organizational skills.
- A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
- $30–$40 per hour, based on experience.
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for top candidates.
