Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Cashier / Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning about wellness products, and maintaining a clean, organized retail space.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and keeping the store running smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
- Greet every customer warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Educate customers on CBD and hemp products
- Make thoughtful product recommendations based on customer needs
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system
- Share current promotions and featured products when relevant
- Build relationships with repeat customers and encourage loyalty
Product Knowledge
- Learn and stay up-to-date on all products, including:
- Oils, topicals, edibles, and vapes
- Hemp-derived products (as applicable)
- Understand product benefits, usage, and compliance guidelines
- Confidently answer customer questions and provide guidance
Store Operations & Cleanliness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store at all times
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Assist with merchandising and product displays
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with store policies and state regulations
Team Support
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
- Assist with daily tasks and special promotions/events
- Stay proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn about CBD and other products
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 21
