Job Overview

You will lead the staff, maintain curriculum fidelity, manage budget and enrollment, foster strong relationships with families and the community, and model humility, unity, growth, and safety in a positive workplace culture. The Center Director ensures the smooth, efficient, high-quality operation of the center, in alignment with Early Bird Education Group standards and all licensing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of a high-quality, age-appropriate early childhood curriculum and instructional program that prepares children for a life of learning.
  • Monitor classroom quality, coach teachers, facilitate professional development, conduct observations, and support continuous improvement and staff growth.
  • Ensure children’s developmental, social, emotional, and physical needs are met in a safe, nurturing environment where health and safety always come first.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, classroom assessments, schedules, attendence, meal counts, activities, and parent communications that build trust with families.
  • Build enrollment by delivering excellent family retention through a high-quality program and our proven processes.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop staff in a spirit of humility and unity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, staff, and community partners, recognizing that it takes a village to raise a child.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment while protecting safety and quality.
  • Financial acumen, including budget management, enrollment tracking, and resource allocation that support sustainable growth in quality and scale.
  • Commitment to high quality, continuous improvement, and a culture of learning and growth for children, staff, and the organization.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
