Job Overview

The Center Director ensures the smooth, efficient, high-quality operation of the center, in alignment with Early Bird Education Group standards and all licensing and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of a high-quality, age-appropriate early childhood curriculum and instructional program that prepares children for a life of learning.
- Monitor classroom quality, coach teachers, facilitate professional development, conduct observations, and support continuous improvement and staff growth.
- Ensure children’s developmental, social, emotional, and physical needs are met in a safe, nurturing environment where health and safety always come first.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, classroom assessments, schedules, attendence, meal counts, activities, and parent communications that build trust with families.
- Build enrollment by delivering excellent family retention through a high-quality program and our proven processes.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, staff, and community partners, recognizing that it takes a village to raise a child.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
