We’re looking for a detail-loving Part-Time HR & Payroll Specialist whose primary responsibility will be managing payroll for multiple small business clients. This role may also support additional HR functions depending on client needs.

What You'll Do

✔ Manage weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll cycles

✔ Ensure accurate wages, deductions, tax withholdings, and adjustments

✔ Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

✔ Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies

✔ Support year-end reporting (W-2s and 1099s)

✔ Communicate directly with business owners and leadership teams

What Success Looks Like

• 5 years of payroll processing experience

• Strong understanding of payroll tax compliance

• Experience with systems like TriNet, iSolved, Foundation Payroll, or similar platforms

• Ability to run payroll independently with minimal oversight

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Professional communication skills with clients
