Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our Central Bakery team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food production, safety, and maintaining cleanliness, with a strong focus on adhering to industry standards and regulations. Shift 8am - 4:30om
Responsibilities
- Operate bakery machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and material handling tools.
- Assist in preparing ingredients and baking products according to recipes and quality standards. Accurate weight on products
- Follow food safety management protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Experience
Experience
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes as needed
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift 50lbs of bakery preparation products and equipment
- Working conditions of 100 degrees and cold conditions of below freezing for period of more than 15 min
