Brookshire Brothers is hiring a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for our Kountze, Texas location!

What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient prescription dispensing.
- Manage, mentor, and support pharmacy technicians and staff.
- Build lasting relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Promote immunizations, medication adherence, and other clinical pharmacy services.
- Drive pharmacy performance while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and customer service.

What We're Looking For
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
- Active, unrestricted Texas pharmacist license
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to excellent patient care and community pharmacy practice
- Previous pharmacy management experience preferred, but not required
