Here's what we are looking for: A experienced and driven Treatment Coordinator who genuinely likes people and can read a room. Someone who takes a hesitant family and turns them into a confident yes, without ever making it feel like a sale.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Running new patient consultations from start to finish and turning the doctor's plan into a decision families feel good about
- Presenting fees, payment options, and financing, and making insurance actually make sense to people
- Owning follow-up with every patient who is still thinking it over, so nobody slips through the cracks
- Preparing contracts and getting new cases officially started
- Keeping clean records and tracking your own conversion numbers, and being the steady, friendly point of contact during the biggest decision a family makes here
The details:
- Part time, Monday and Friday with some Wednesdays, 8:30- 5 pm
- $25-27 per hour
- In-office
- You'll work directly with patients and the whole team
- Orthodontic treatment coordinator or sales experience required
- This role has room to grow as Brooks Orthodontic Studio continues to expand
