👤 Who We’re Looking For
The ideal teammate is:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of clerical and/or legal intake experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
🧾 What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients — by phone and online
- Gather and enter information with accuracy and professionalism
- Greet clients warmly and make them feel cared for
- Manage referrals and follow-up communications
- Requesting medical records
- Work independently while supporting case and client needs
- Demonstrate commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients
