The Vice President of Parts & Aftermarket will lead and scale a growing division within the commercial HVAC and Controls industry. This role offers a rare opportunity to take ownership of an established $3M–$4M business with strong momentum and clear upside, and grow it to $8M . Operating with entrepreneurial autonomy and without personal financial risk, you will leverage the capital, infrastructure, and stability of a 40 year-old parent company to drive performance and long-term growth.
Competitive base salary with bonus structure tied to business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance
- Lead outside sales strategy and drive market expansion
- Optimize inventory management, operations, and customer experience
- Oversee two locations (Jacksonville and Tallahassee) and build a high-performance team
- Serve as the face of the business with customers, vendors, and industry partners
- Execute strategic initiatives to scale the business and expand market presence
- Proven experience leading a business or business unit with full P&L ownership
- Strong background in sales, operations, or general management
- Industry experience in HVAC, controls, parts, distribution, or related industrial markets
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to scale a business, drive results, and build high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
