Summary
We’re not your typical mechanical contractor. Our Building Services Division focuses exclusively on owner-negotiated retrofit projects, helping clients modernize and upgrade their facilities without the complexities of new construction.
We’re looking for a collaborative, organized Project Manager with experience in commercial construction and a background in HVAC systems. If you enjoy solving problems, working closely with clients, and seeing projects through from concept to completion, we’d love to hear from you.
Compensation:
Starting at $120,000 (negotiable based on experience) $700/Month Vehicle Allowance and gas card for business purposes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage owner-negotiated HVAC retrofit projects from planning through closeout.

Partner with sales teams and building owners to ensure project goals align with client expectations.

Review and approve HVAC equipment submittals for accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate equipment ordering, delivery, and installation logistics.

Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety.

Provide technical guidance on HVAC system upgrades, replacements, and energy-efficient improvements.

Conduct site assessments and evaluate existing systems to support project design and execution.

Maintain proactive communication and reporting with owners, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Five or more years of experience in commercial HVAC (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep projects on track.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Comfortable leading project teams and working directly with building owners and clients.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly visit and navigate active construction sites, including walking on uneven terrain.
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and access elevated areas as needed for site inspections.
- Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, or enter confined spaces for project oversight and verification activities.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during site walks, meetings, and inspections.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry light materials, plans, or equipment (generally up to 25 lbs).
- Ability to work at heights and in varying indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
- Sufficient vision, hearing, and communication ability to review work, identify issues, and communicate effectively on job sites.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves, and protective footwear.
