Role Description The Tailor role at Brooks Brothers is a full-time, on-site position based in Cleveland, OH. The Tailor is responsible for performing fittings on garments, including suits, dresses, and sportswear, and carrying out precise alterations to meet individual customer preferences and brand standards. Day-to-day duties include measuring customers, pinning garments for adjustment, sewing and finishing hems, seams, and other modifications, and ensuring accurate delivery timelines. The Tailor collaborates closely with sales associates to interpret customer needs, provide expert advice on fit, and maintain a high level of customer service. The role also involves caring for tailoring equipment, managing alteration tickets, and upholding Brooks Brothers’ quality and presentation standards in the tailoring workspace.
Qualifications
