Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Orlando, FL. The Supervisor supports daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory integrity, and adherence to company policies and standards. This role leads by example on the sales floor, providing exceptional customer service, guiding styling and fit consultations, and assisting team members in meeting individual and store sales goals. The Supervisor helps train, coach, and mentor associates, supports scheduling and task delegation, and ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. The position also collaborates with management on promotional execution, loss prevention, and maintaining a culture aligned with Brooks Brothers’ heritage and brand values.

- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership abilities, including team support, coaching, and the capacity to motivate others to achieve sales and service goals.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and maintain store standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional, inclusive interaction with diverse customers and teammates.
- Basic retail operations knowledge, such as point-of-sale systems, cash handling, inventory processes, and visual merchandising fundamentals.
- Interest in fashion, styling, and brand presentation, with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a polished in-store experience.
- Ability to stand, move, and lift up to standard retail requirements for extended periods, with schedule flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior supervisory or key-holder experience in retail or hospitality is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, further education is a plus.
