PT Sales Associate

This is an on-site, part-time role for a Sales Associate, located in Estero, FL. The PT Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Additional duties include processing transactions, achieving sales goals, restocking merchandise, and supporting visual merchandising standards.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Sales experience, including meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Proficiency in maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail environment
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Interest in fashion, retail, and understanding of the Brooks Brothers brand heritage
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required
