Master Scheduler (NPI OR Low Volume / High Mix Manufacturing Environment)

Job Description

We are looking for a Master Scheduler as we accelerate our growth journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide input to management.

  • Schedule and / or interface with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers.

  • Work to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions.

  • Oversee the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Master Scheduler role in an NPI OR low volume / high mix manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team lead role preferred.

  • Oracle ERP experience highly preferred.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $94,280.13 USD to $127,555.47 USD

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
