We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong background in Administrative management
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate to optimize team productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training for new team members to ensure high standards of management.
- Implement process improvements procedures to enhance efficiency and workflow across departments.
- Proven experience in administration, management roles.
- Supervising experience with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare environments is a plus but not required.
Work : Four Days On Two days off 8 Am To 5 Pm
