Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of patrons and staff by monitoring entrances, exits, and the premises.
- De-escalate conflicts and enforce venue policies while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide a visible presence throughout the work period.
Requirements:
- Licenses to carry firearms in the state of Texas.
- Vest, baton, handcuffs, pepper spray, and firearm equipment.
- Prior experience in nightlife or lounge settings is preferred but not required.
Working Hours: This position is available on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with potential for additional shifts based on performance and availability.
