Overview
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Nursing Home Healthcare Marketer to represent our skilled nursing and rehab facility in Island Park, NY. This is a field-facing role focused on building hospital relationships and increasing Medicare referral volume.
DUTIES
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, and physicians
- Drive Medicare and short-term rehab admissions through consistent outreach in Long Island hospitals (Nassau, and Queens)
- Serve as the main contact for inquiries and referrals, collaborating closely with the admissions and clinical teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of healthcare marketing or admissions experience (SNF or rehab preferred)
- Established hospital relationships in Long Island, and Queens
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
