Schedule
- Tuesday: 8:30am–6:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am–5:30pm
- Occasional Friday: 7:30am–2:00pm
- One Saturday per month: 8:30am–2:00pm
At Brooklyn Mint Dental, we are a modern, technology-forward dental practice focused on exceptional patient care, thoughtful communication, and a warm, elevated experience. We are looking for a reliable, personable, and organized Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance hospitality with attention to detail.
We are a locally owned, growing dental practice by Barclays, focused on modern technology, exceptional patient care, and building long-term relationships with our community. As a smaller team in an exciting growth phase, every team member plays an important role in shaping the patient experience and culture of the office. As a result, this is a cross-trained position within a collaborative, team-oriented practice. While the primary focus is front desk coordination and patient experience, team members may also assist with clinical flow, sterilization, patient intake, photography/scanning support, or other operational responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients warmly and professionally
- Answer phones, texts, and emails
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial policies
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with the clinical team to help keep the schedule flowing smoothly
- Help create a calm, organized, high-touch patient experience

About Us
We are not a high-volume office. We value relationships, quality care, communication, and creating a supportive environment for both patients and team members. Our office uses advanced technology including digital scanners, CBCT imaging, AI-assisted diagnostics, and an in-house digital lab.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
