Our community is looking for an Activities Lifeguard to join our team.
Shift:
- PT Saturday & Sunday 9:00am- 4:00pm
- FT Monday -Friday 9:00am-4:00pm
Activities & Events Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and oversight of resident pool activities.
- Save guarding residents & visitors in the pool in our community.
- Assist in preparing and organizing a pool calendar.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours (evenings and every other weekend) for planned pool activities & swim sessions.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years Lifeguard experience.
- CPR certified preferred.
- Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to encourage and motivate older adults.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated creative ability.
- Strong skills in organization, delegation and consensus building.
