Salary Details
The Head of School at BHMS reports to the Board of Trustees and is responsible for the leadership of all aspects of the School, including, but not limited to, curriculum and program, hiring, operations, facilities, marketing, admissions, budgeting, and fundraising. The salary range will be $400,000 to $475,000 depending on experience.
BHMS has engaged Resource Group 175 to lead the search for a new Head of School. A detailed position statement will be forthcoming in the fall, but we encourage you to visit the BHMS website to learn more about the School.
