Key Responsibilities
Design Support
- Assist in developing landscape designs, planting plans, and material palettes
- Produce drawings, renderings, submittals, and presentation materials (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
- Support site analysis
- Contribute to design development for rooftops, terraces, streetscapes, and amenity spaces
- Support project managers in coordinating active jobs from pre-construction through installation
- Help manage timelines, budgets, and procurement of materials
- Coordinate with internal crews, subcontractors, and external consultants (architects, engineers, developers)
- Track project progress, document changes, and maintain organized records
- Develop project estimates and budgets
- Participate in site visits, measurements, and inspections
- Assist with construction oversight and quality control
- Help troubleshoot design and installation challenges in real time
- Ensure adherence to design intent and company standards
- Prepare client-facing materials and presentations
- Participate in meetings and take detailed notes / follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with design, operations, and maintenance teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships included)
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; familiarity with Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Interest in urban ecology, green infrastructure, and sustainable design
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage both in-office and in the field
- Someone who is equally excited about design and getting their hands dirty on-site
- A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Curiosity about how projects actually get built—not just how they look on paper
