We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and wants to grow professionally in early childhood education. You’ll work alongside experienced lead teachers, gaining hands-on experience while receiving opportunities to advance your skills and position.
What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you will:
- Support lead teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom for infants and young toddlers.
- Assist with cycles of care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and nap routines.
- Help prepare and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Learn best practices in classroom management, early childhood curriculum, and child development.
- Ensure compliance with city and state guidelines.
- Take on additional duties as needed while receiving support and mentorship.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love for working with infants and young toddlers.
- Some prior experience in a daycare or childcare setting,
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally in early childhood education.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role (lifting, playing on the floor, active supervision).
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, French or Mandarin are a plus.
- CDA credential or certifications in CPR/First Aid are a plus but not required—training opportunities available.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
