Overview of Brooklyn Football Club

Brooklyn FC is defining the future of soccer in America. In 2025, Brooklyn FC currently has a professional women's team that competes in the USL Super League and in March 2026 will launch a professional men's team in the USL Championship. 

We represent the 77 neighborhoods in the Brooklyn borough and are dedicated to uplifting our community through our global sport. Our club is devoted to building relationships while creating a disruptive brand that allows us reach beyond Brooklyn. A club that our supporters are proud to endorse and represent.

Brooklyn FC is looking for hardworking and proactive sales professionals to join our growing staff to launch USL Super League & USL Championship season ticket memberships to the Brooklyn and Tri-State community. As an Account Executive, you will sell and service new season ticket accounts via in-person and phone-based outreach, self-generate and prospect new leads, create new ideas to increase ticket sales, and perform basic office functions as needed. In this role, you will also sell premium seating, partial plans, group tickets and/or single game tickets as needed as our season ticket base grows. This position reports to the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • The candidate will be responsible for offering a full menu of seating opportunities for all ticket packages, including seasons, packages, single-game, and group tickets.
  • Coordinate and execute sales calls on all potential customers through provided leads, prospecting, cold calling, and referrals from current customers.
  • Effectively use CRM to maintain accurate records of all client and prospect interactions.
  • Effectively use ticketing platform (SeatGeek) to describe and select available seat locations for patrons, and transact point of sale in system
  • Participate and contribute in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Work in conjunction with club & USL league staff to promote and generate sales on all events while providing a great fan experience.
  • Establish relations with book of business to enhance customer service and retention
  • Assist with any administrative ticket functions.
  • Assist with any special projects or duties as assigned by the VP of Ticketing
  • Setting and conducting in arena and out of the office appointments
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days
  • The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of activity (calls made/appointments set) and goals

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of tickets sales experience 
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain a professional image and positive attitude
  • Serve as a point of contact for ticket inquiries that come in through inbound phone calls, email, and social media.
  • Set and conduct in stadium and out of the office sales appointments.
  • Effectively use CRM to maintain accurate records of all client and prospect interactions.
  • Reach and exceed individual and team sales revenue goals.
  • Assist with managing and renewing season ticket members.
  • Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation methods, as well as follow up on leads provided by partner organization
  • Ability to learn and master software programs including CRM and SeatGeek/Unify 
  • Ability to handle heavy volume of outbound and inbound phone calls and emails
  • Candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as a competitive desire to be the best
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communication with C-level clients
  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
  • Spanish speaking ability a huge plus


TIME COMMITMENT

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000 (based on experience level)
  • Uncapped commission across both teams
