Patient Recruitment Coordinator - Clinical Research

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Company history: Brooklyn Clinical Research is a dedicated clinical research site that increases access to clinical trials for underrepresented populations. Clinical-trial enrollment should accurately represent the broader population. To support this objective, we establish clinical research sites in densely populated metropolitan areas with diverse populations. In meeting this objective, we help improve therapeutic efficacy and safety for all individuals.

The Patient Recruitment Coordinator (“PRC”) plays a crucial role in our mission by promptly connecting with potential trial participants and acting as the initial facilitator of participant interactions. Your responsibility is to engage with individuals expressing interest through our social media channels, ensuring they are informed, phone-surveyed, and scheduled for participation in our clinical studies. This position demands a high level of empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to act with urgency in a time-sensitive environment.

Medical terminology experience is preferred but not required. Sales proficiency is required. Compensation for this role is a base salary plus a performance bonus.

We’ve found that the best candidates have a history of working in high-call-volume sales roles or high-call-volume patient engagement roles.

Candidates who submit a cover letter explaining their understanding of the responsibilities and that this is a performance-based role will be prioritized.
