Automotive Mobile Technician

Overview:

Brooklyn CDJR is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys working independently, delivering high-quality service, and providing exceptional customer experiences outside of the traditional shop environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $25/hour
• Earn up to $40/hour after completing provided training
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 for Certified Stellantis Technicians

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mobile automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations
• Complete services efficiently while maintaining dealership-quality standards
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle needs and recommendations
• Maintain and manage mobile service vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Accurately document services performed and parts used
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Stellantis certification strongly preferred (bonus eligible)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel, including occasional multi-day trips
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile service or field service work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• ASE certifications are a plus
