Our San Francisco location is getting ready for the holiday season, and we’re looking for extra support! As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a warm, welcoming shopping experience during one of our busiest times of year.
- This is a seasonal contract role running from mid-October through January 2026. We’re looking for candidates who can:
- Work up to 25 hours per week (with most schedules averaging around 15-20 hours).
- Be available for at least two weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday).
- Work on key holidays and peak periods including the week before/after Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year’s.
Potential eligibility to join Brooklinen as a permanent employee after the seasonal term.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered 100% of the time
- Act as a Brooklinen brand ambassador, always putting the customer first
- Engage with loyal customers IRL and form new customer relationships
- Educate customers on our product assortment, brand history, and value proposition
- Work in the back of house to receive and organize inventory
- 0-3 years of experience in a retail (or service-oriented) environment
- The ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically
- Strong judgment and a service- and solution-oriented approach
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
- Someone who is passionate, inclusive, and positive
- The ability to stand for long periods of time, physically move products and lift up to 20 pounds
