What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Soccer Coach, GK Coach - Full and Part Time position at Brookline Soccer Club?
The Brookline Soccer Club/NEFC-Brookline is looking to add experienced soccer coaches (and GK coaches) to its professional coaching staff. The BSC is a highly organized community based soccer club with K-2, Town Travel and Premier Club programs. The BSC maintains a professional coaching staff made up of part-time and full-time coaching positions. The BSC is a private, non-profit soccer club that prioritizes individual player development more than game results.
BSC/NEFC-Brookline's Executive Director, Rob Sprague, is responsible for the management and development of its coaching staff. Opportunities to coach Summer Soccer Camps, Summer Clinics, High School Club Teams, after school clinics and weekend skill clinics are also available. Part Time Staff (5-10 hours/week during Fall and Spring) can earn between $1,000 and $12,000 per season. Full Time Staff (12 hours/week during Fall and Spring, Winter Futsal and Summer Camps) can earn up to $60,000/year.
2-3 years of coaching experience preferred but the BSC is willing to help develop less experienced coaches if they are passionate about coaching youth soccer. Along with a competitive pay structure the BSC also reimburses its coaches for coach license courses.
To work for the BSC/NEFC-Brookline Coaches must have:
· Authorization to work legally in the US
· Reliable and consistent transportation (and a valid drivers license)
