Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information and assistance to guests and staff
- Maintain detailed records of daily transactions, reservations, and incident reports to support hotel management
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing needs promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience
- Monitor security systems and conduct routine safety checks around the property during night hours
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating guest information, and coordinating with other departments
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with guest relations practices and phone etiquette in a hospitality environment
