What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor/Front Desk Parttime position at Brookings Super 8?
This position is permanent part time Hours - 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. 2-3 nights a week. Additional hours may be available if willing to work weekend 3-11 shift in addition to the night audit position.
This is the Night Audit position for the Brookings Super 8. Recently renovated, 65 rooms, a place you can be proud to say you work. We are looking for someone who wants to put their arms around this hotel and call it home. We need commitment as this is a professional position.
This position requires a "night owl," It requires an individual who strives for accuracy, pays attention to detail, has analyzing skills, and an understanding of basic bookkeeping and problem solving. Requires a mature individual and must be able to work independently and be self motivated. Must be reliable. Must be comfortable and confident working with the public. Will greet and check guests in and out of the hotel, assist guests with questions and provide superior customer service. Will audit the hotel's books each night and close and settle credit card batches. Must be a team player. Must have a servants heart and be able to multi task. Great job for a college student as once you finish your job duties, you will have time to study.
