What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Receptionist position at Brookings Super 8?
This position is for the Brookings Super 8. Recently renovated, 65 rooms, a place you can be proud to say you work. Recently ranked 19 out of 1703 Super 8's nation wide and recipient of the Pride of the Super 8 and Trip Advisors Excellence award. Salary is $11 and up and is negotiable for the well qualified applicant. We are looking for someone who wants to put their arms around this hotel and call it home. We need commitment as this is a professional position.
It requires an individual who strives for accuracy, is organized and pays attention to detail. An understanding of basic bookkeeping and problem solving is beneficial. Requires a mature individual and must be able to work independently and be self motivated. Must be comfortable and confident working with the public and have a fun energetic personality. Will greet and check guests in and out of the hotel, assist guests with questions and provide superior customer service. Must be a team player. Must have a servants heart and be able to multi task.
