Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to answer inquiries, take reservations, and assist guests promptly.
- Provide comprehensive guest services, including answering questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data privacy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a passion for guest relations.
- Familiarity with front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, and basic hotel management software.
