Maintenance Technician with HVAC Experience for small apartment complex.

LOCATED IN CLEVELAND, TEXAS.

Must have appropriate tools to resolve AC, Heat, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance and general home maintenance. Daily work orders and make ready repairs. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. 2 story buildings. Able to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, drive to local hardware store if necessary.

64 units, 100% occupied. Clean Background. Weekly pay. No nights/weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
