Qualifications:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years working with youth.
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively with children and families.
- Has a good understanding and respect for confidentiality.
- Demonstrates positive teaming and communication skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Clean background check
Physical agility requires the following:

Responsibilities:
- Provide constant safety and supervision of children
- Facilitate community inclusion, daily living and skill acquisition
- Assist with small group instruction
- Use appropriate behavior management techniques & trauma informed techniques to maintain a positive climate for learning.
- Generate program activity ideas.
- Utilization of sound judgement and maintenance of clam demeanor during crisis
- Provide needed behavioral and/or mental health support
- Provide needed personal and/or medical care
- Provide a therapeutic milieu that supports the children in working on treatment goals
- Participate in weekly individual and or team supervisions.
