Our Guest Services Associate/Cashier is reliable, courteous, and an experienced cashier for a fast paced, high-volume role. This position requires accurate cash handling, processing credit/debit transactions, reconciling daily balances, and issuing receipts while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. You must have a positive, "can do" attitude with the ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately. This is a direct customer contact position requiring an individual with a high level of people skills.
Brookgreen Gardens is open 364 days a year. Our part time employees enjoy a flexible work week schedule including, weekends, holidays and some event evenings. Weekly schedule requires open flexibility and will average approximately 15 - 25 hours. Hours may increase during high peak times or to cover other shifts.

Examples of duties:
- Welcomes visitors at the entrance plaza; sells appropriate tickets, collects payment, and provides literature and information in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Completes daily paperwork as required by management.
- Assists in greeting visitors, verifying reservations, and providing necessary support as it relates to the operations of Brookgreen Gardens.
- Undertakes other appropriate tasks as may be assigned.
