DUTIES: Under direct supervision, to perform various types of work such as but not limited to:

  • lawn mowing
  • brush cutting & clean up
  • yard work
  • painting
  • general clean up of grounds and building.
  • In Powerhouses, under direct supervision of a qualified regular employee to perform general cleaning and painting.


QUALIFICATIONS: Should be physically able to do heavy work under all conditions.

Pay: $20.17/hr. per the CBA
