Brookfield Counseling and Recovery is a CARF-accredited and Ohio Department of Mental Health-licensed outpatient behavioral health organization committed to providing exceptional care. We are seeking a motivated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clinical staff in implementing treatment plans for clients.
- Provide direct support and coaching to clients during individual and group sessions.
- Document client progress and behavior accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
