Porter / Janitorial Associate – Help Keep Our Community Sparkling

What You’ll Do
You’ll help maintain a well-managed residential community by keeping all interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and organized. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning offices, restrooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, lounges, and other shared spaces
• Mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors
• Washing windows, walls, and glass; removing trash; pressure washing; gum and graffiti removal
• Cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstery, and draperies
• Dusting surfaces and replacing light bulbs
• Performing light repairs, painting, basic carpentry, and restocking restroom supplies
• Assisting with landscaping, snow removal, and event setup (tables, chairs, etc.)
• Transporting small tools and equipment between departments

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in janitorial, painting, groundskeeping, or experience in commercial or multi-unit residential cleaning
• Strong dependability, teamwork, integrity, and adherence to safety procedures
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic English
• Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, orderly environment

Compensation
$18/hr
