We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven professional to lead marketing, public relations, inside/outside sales, and community development initiatives for our growing integrative wellness center.
This role is ideal for a relationship builder and strategic thinker who is passionate about integrative health, whole-person wellness and creating community. The Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator will serve as a key ambassador of our brand, expanding visibility, creating partnerships and driving growth.
Our clinic specializes in integrative terrain-based wellness, combining root-cause bio-energy consultation, personalized care plans, nutrition and supplement customization, and regenerative energy-based therapies designed to activate the body's innate healing capabilities.
We are seeking an on-site employee with a foundational understanding of integrative health principles and a passion for root-cause, whole-person care. The ideal candidate enjoys building meaningful relationships, communicates wellness concepts in a clear and approachable way, and thrives as part of a collaborative, in-person team.
Important Responsibilities
- Promote the clinic’s presence through targeted marketing, brand messaging and community outreach to attract new patients, while collaborating with the Social Media Coordinator and management team to develop and execute strategies aligned with clinic goals.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives for the community, both within and outside the clinic, such as networking events, health fairs, farmer's markets, lunch & learns, corporate wellness relationships, and referral partnerships with aligned wellness providers.
- Support content strategy for marketing efforts, advertising, social media and website, including monthly client testimonials.
- Develop relationships and secure opportunities to increase local and regional visibility ensuring patient acquisition and retention.
- Experience in researching, writing, and delivering articles, press releases, advertising copy, and other publication content on deadline.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings for goal setting and providing management with recommendations, insights, strategies and updates.
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills to confidently represent the clinic at networking events, community engagements, presentations, and clinic tours.
Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in marketing, sales, public relations or community outreach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of self-direction and the ability to balance time between desk-based work and active engagement in the community.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to generate new ideas, troubleshoot challenges, develop effective solutions and deliver results.
- Photography and video experience are a plus.
