ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Performs final job review and resolves ongoing technical and contractual job requirements (schedule, technical requirements, and budget).
- Responsible for program budget, schedule, monitoring, and completion of goals and milestones in accordance with approved plans.
- Establishes Program organization structure and priorities (resource management, scheduling, staff).
- Coordinates internal functions to ensure all required tasks are being completed.
- Maintains ongoing communication with customers to accomplish program goals.
- Ability to investigate an issue, develop a solution, and communicate path forward clearly.
- Reviews and approves waiver deviations prior to submittal to customer.
- Reviews PDR/CDR presentations.
- Creates sub-contract work breakdown structure.
- Creates master milestone schedule.
- Communicates program status to the rest of the organization.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BS/BA degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent experience (4 years).
- 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a leadership role on a Department of Defense program, either in an engineering or program management capacity.
