We are seeking a Full-Time English Teacher who is passionate about high-level literacy, critical thinking, and real-world application to professional careers. At LAUNCH, we bridge the gap between the classroom and the professional world. You will be responsible for delivering a rigorous English curriculum while collaborating with community partners to provide students with authentic, project-based learning experiences. Within the approach, you will co-teach with another member of the faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Excellence: Deliver engaging, standards-aligned English instruction that challenges and supports a diverse student body.
• Professional Mentorship: Guide students through the LAUNCH framework, helping them refine their professional communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
• Curriculum Innovation: Design and implement lessons that integrate English Language Arts with real-world industry projects and community partnerships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a team of innovative educators and industry professionals to create a seamless, interdisciplinary learning environment.
