Professional Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will be passionate about customer service, friendly, high energy, and have the ability to multi-task. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image. You must have the knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), Outlook (email) and operating a telephone switchboard.
Physical Requirements:
Guest Relations must understand the physical demands their jobs require and realize they need to:
* lift, push, pull and move residents, equipment, supplies, etc.
* lift a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds several times each work day.
* lift twenty ten (10) pounds consistently.
* be able to move and stretch in such a way as to be able to reach areas above their head and below their waist.
* go up and down stairs.
*bend, stoop and twist frequently throughout the day
*see and hear well enough to answer phones, greet people and read
* remain active and on their feet for up to four (4) hours at a time.
* be able to drive a vehicle.
*be able to operate telephone switchboard, computer, copier, fax, calculator, and other office equipment.
