Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream is hiring Ice Cream Scoopers at our new Traverse Mountain location. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, love ice cream and putting smiles on people's faces, we’d love to meet you.
Pay & Perks
- $10–$18 per hour starting pay ($10–$12 base wage tips)
- Our team has been averaging an amazing $6 an hour in tips!

Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older (or 3 month from turning 16)
- Available to work at least one weekend night per week
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Wear a colonial outfit each day at work
Available Shifts
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Open Monday - Sunday.
What You’ll Do
As a member of our team, you’ll help create a great experience for our customers by:
- Happily greeting and assisting customers
- Scooping and serving ice cream
- Operating the register and handling payments
- Making waffle cones and ice-cream creations
- Answering phones and assisting with online orders
- Keeping the parlor clean and organized
- Helping with other tasks to support daily operations
