Duties

• Provide individualized support through tutoring and tailored instruction for students requiring additional assistance.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to support student development.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.

Skills

• Proficient in lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
• Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those in special education settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Adaptability in teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
