Brooke of Life Community Foundation (formerly known as Brooke of Life Montessori Academy) is expanding its volunteer Board of Directors and seeking experienced, mission-driven leaders ready to help build a strong foundation for local impact and future growth.
Our work is organized around three pillars: Education & Family Development (LEARN), Economic Mobility & Workforce Development (ADVANCE), and Mental Wellness & Family Stability (THRIVE). Southern Dallas County is our current priority service region, and our long-term model is designed to grow into additional communities across the United States and internationally through responsible, locally grounded partnerships.
We are seeking builders - leaders who will bring expertise, relationships, sound governance, and a willingness to work between meetings. These are unpaid volunteer board positions.
Position Announcement:
Brooke of Life Community Foundation is seeking a relationship builder who can connect people, institutions, and opportunities. The Director of Community Partnerships will help cultivate collaborations with schools, employers, colleges, municipalities, healthcare providers, nonprofits, civic organizations, and community leaders. Experience in community engagement, cross-sector partnerships, international development, or cross-cultural collaboration is especially valuable as BOL builds a model designed for responsible growth.
