I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of five. My State Farm career began right out of college when I became a team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business before eventually stepping into agency ownership. I’m a proud UCF graduate and have been married to my husband for seven years. I’m also a proud boy mom, and my faith plays an important role in how I live, lead, and pursue purpose in both my personal and professional life.
Serving others is a big part of who we are. I’m involved with Women United Central Florida, help support efforts to feed the homeless, and stay actively involved with local schools. You can even find me at our local high school every Friday morning, staying connected and finding ways to make a positive impact.

As an Account Manager for Brooke Britt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
