Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Dietary Coordinator, located in Dripping Springs, TX. The Dietary Coordinator will oversee daily dietary operations, including meal planning, preparation, and ensuring compliance with nutritional standards. Responsibilities include managing dietary staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring adherence to safety and health regulations, and addressing the dietary needs and preferences of residents.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Meal Planning, Nutritional Standards, and Dietary Management
- Experience in Team Leadership, Staff Coordination, and Training
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Ordering
- Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance in Food Services
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in senior living or healthcare-related dietary operations is a plus
- Certification in Food Safety or Nutrition is preferred but not required
