You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless data flow and optimize order processing efficiency.
Essential Functions
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and our Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Work with RESTful and SOAP APIs to facilitate real-time data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless order processing.
- Develop middleware and data transformation solutions to ensure compatibility between systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather requirements and implement tailored integration solutions.
- Monitor, optimize, and enhance integration performance and reliability.
- Ensure security, scalability, and compliance in all integration solutions.
- Document integration processes, API specifications, and best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in eCommerce and API integrations.
- Proven experience as an Integrations Developer, API Developer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Experience working with eCommerce APIs (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Familiarity with API authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, API Keys).
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve integration-related issues.
- Experience with database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, and data mapping techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field is a plus.
- 3 years of full-time full-stack development experience. (C#, .NET, MS SQL preferred)
- 3 years building system integrations, data integrations or APIs for critical business systems.
