Role Description
This is a full-time, PM shift for a Line Cook at Brook Hollow Golf Club, located in Dallas, TX. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Duties also include assisting in food preparation, and following recipes accurately to deliver consistent culinary excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and recipe execution
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
