Role Description The Field Stand Attendant is a full-time, on-site position based at Brook Hollow Golf Club in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will set up, stock, and maintain either of 2 field stands, ensuring all food, beverages, and supplies are organized, presentable, and compliant with club standards. You will greet and serve members and guests, process transactions accurately, and handle point-of-sale systems responsibly.
Daily Responsibilities
Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, frozen drinks, with a full-service bar. Prepares food in accordance with club recipes and standards to ensure the highest food quality.
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available
- Requests and restocks supplies as necessary
- Prepares, mixes, and serves non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- Greets guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Processes transactions through P.O.S. (no cash handling)
- Ensures food & beverage items are up to par
- Notifies kitchen staff of expected shortages
- Dates and stores products accordinglly
- Maintains member area clean and stocked
- Performs additional duties as directed by manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old in order to serve alcohol
- TABC and Food Handler certifications
Other Qualifications
- Hotel or private club experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic point-of-sale experience, with attention to accuracy of member accounts
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following food safety and sanitation standards
- Capability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous experience in hospitality, golf club operations, or food and beverage service is preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
