What You Will Do:

Working alongside the Account Executive and reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales strategies for Bronx Banco.


Key Responsibilities include:

•     Support the Account Executive and Sales Director in the day-to-day activities for Domestic and International Specialty accounts.

•     Manage the process of shipping US specialty orders — including packing lists, labels, shipment tracking, and client communication.

•     Manage wholesale inventory room.

•     Handle shipping documentation (commercial invoices, etc.) and coordinate global shipments and logistics from China or NYC.

•     Maintain and update internal trackers (orders, shipments, follow-ups) with full visibility across teams.

•     Organize and manage Dropbox/assets to ensure easy and efficient access.

•     Process ATS orders for specialty accounts.

•     Update and create ATS list from SOH.

•     Fill out retailer copy and item registration forms, plus provide assets to retailers.

•     Manage sample movement for specialty and Nordstrom.

•     Process approved swap and RA requests.

•     Input, update, and maintain orders in JOOR and NuOrder, ensuring accuracy across all stages.

•     Create sell-through templates and work with the Account Executive on sell-through reports.

•     Support ad hoc administrative needs.

•     Hire, train, and manage interns.

•     Support full market preparation including showroom setup.

•     Book models and manage go-sees for New York and Paris markets.


Who You Will Report To: Sales Director


Who You Are:

•     1-3 years of domestic wholesale sales experience in a luxury or advanced contemporary ready-to-wear/evening brand.

•     Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation and negotiation skills required.

•     Must be highly detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills.

•     Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, JOOR, and NuOrder.


What You Bring:

•     Bachelor's degree preferred.

•     1 years of wholesale experience within the luxury fashion industry.

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•     Experience with JOOR and NuOrder a plus.

Salary : $20 - $25
